At Baltinester Jewish Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade Israeli pieces and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity; ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable and insured method to our studio in Jerusalem, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange piece within 7 business days.
